Arturo Muente Kunigami is a digital transformation and data policy specialist with more than 20 years of experience supporting governments across Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as Africa, Europe, and East Asia. His work focuses on data governance, open data, digital public infrastructure, and the responsible adoption of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, in the public sector. Arturo has led and contributed to national digital transformation and data strategy initiatives, institutional design efforts, and policy dialogues, working closely with senior government counterparts and international organizations.
