Guy Gresham is a senior capital markets and governance advisor with over 20 years of experience advising boards, executives, and institutional investors across global markets. He previously served as Group Head of Global Investor Relations Advisory & Investor Solutions at BNY, within the firm’s Depositary Receipts business, where he built and led a global advisory platform supporting clients across 50+ markets, additionally he co-chaired the bank’s Enterprise ESG Advisory Council. His work focused on capital markets access and positioning, IPO readiness, corporate actions, and navigating complex regulatory and geopolitical environments. Guy currently serves in advisory and non-executive roles with Sedex, Strategy&Ops Consultancy, and SESAMm. He holds an MBA from Cornell University, is a Fellow of Cornell University’s Emerging Markets Institute, and a BA (Hons) from Victoria University of Wellington.
