Jennifer Pougnet is a senior strategist operating at the intersection of public health, digital transformation, and global policy. With a career spanning large-scale Canadian public health systems and the private sector, she has a proven track record of implementing Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and architecting both operational and legislative health frameworks.

Most recently, Jennifer has led Global Data & Digital Policy Strategy in the private sector, where she established governance structures and spearheaded the implementation of group-wide AI and business strategies. Her expertise is backed by an elite academic foundation, including an MBA, an MPH in Health Policy, and a Master’s in Digital International Relations & Diplomacy. A Certified Health Executive (CHE), Jennifer specializes in aligning corporate business objectives with evolving global digital regulations.
