Lina Hadboun works in Country Operations at the Centre for Digital Public Infrastructure (CDPI), helping governments plan and implement digital public infrastructure, with a focus on West Africa, the Caribbean, and Latin America. Her background includes work with the United Nations and the World Health Organization, and leading capacity-building in technology programs at Digital Frontiers. She holds an MA from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and from Sciences Po Strasbourg.
