
Rosie Worth
Rosie Worth is a digital and data transformation leader with over 12 years of experience working at the intersection of technology, strategy, and public sector delivery. She is currently Head of ICT Strategy and Governance at the International Organization for Migration (IOM), where she leads the development of ICT strategy, governance frameworks, and execution roadmaps to support organisational transformation.
Previously, Rosie worked across consulting and multilateral organisations including UNICEF and the World Food Programme, supporting governments and country offices to strengthen data foundations, digital capabilities, and evidence-informed decision-making in low-resource and complex environments. Her work spans data governance, capacity development, operating models, and the responsible use of emerging technologies, including AI.
Rosie holds an MSci in Physics from the University of Bristol and is passionate about translating complex technical concepts into practical, people-centred solutions that deliver real-world impact.
