Q1: Foundation & Network Building (Programme-led)
Comprehensive onboarding integrating Fellows into the global DSA and Cambridge ecosystem. Includes structured sessions on digital statecraft foundations, strategic introductions to leading practitioners aligned with each Fellow’s research interests, expert-led workshops spanning AI regulatory frameworks to govtech initiatives, and facilitated peer introductions for cohort collaboration and knowledge exchange.

Q2: Intensive Training Residency (Cambridge-based)
Three core training strands delivered during the Cambridge residency:

• Strand 1: Systems Thinking for AI-Enabled Governance – Advanced strategic frameworks for digital transformation in complex governance environments
• Strand 2: Technology Comprehension & Capacity Building – Specialised knowledge across DPI, Data-for-Policy, Algorithmic Government, and GovTech with hands-on experience
• Strand 3: From Vision to Implementation – Applied methodologies for turning strategic vision into deliverable outcomes

Q3: Individual Project Development (Fellow-led with structured support)
Intensive project development within a supportive ecosystem of expert practitioners and academic leaders. Fellows receive guidance on publication pathways, participate in peer review processes and collaborative working groups, and leverage connections across the global DSA network to enhance project quality and real-world impact.

Q4: Project Delivery & Assessment (Fellow-led with structured support)
Project completion across diverse formats (policy workshops, publications, prototypes, implementation frameworks) with comprehensive programme evaluation. Includes reflective documentation, cohort assessment workshop, and structured alumni transition into DSA network.
